In accordance with paragraph 1(5) of the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) Conditions for Offering Closed User Group (CUG) Service in the Nigerian Telecommunications Industry (as amended) dated 23rd June 2025, and to avoid any overcharging on our account, we hereby request the following:

(1) Upgrade all listed phone numbers under our 500 CUG to 750 CUG plan.

(2) Assign credit limits to each of the listed phone numbers in line with the respective CUG credit limits allocated to them.

(3) Deactivat all Value Added Services (VAS) on all the listed numbers.
